How delivery works across Bangladesh, what it costs, and what to do if something isn't right.
Delivery
We deliver to your door through courier partners. After you place an order we call or email you to confirm it, then dispatch it. Delivery time is counted in working days from the day your order is confirmed.

- Give a full address with house, road, area and district, and a phone number that is switched on. The courier will call before arriving.
- Delivery times can be longer during Eid, public holidays, floods and other disruptions.
- The delivery fee is added when we confirm your order, so you know the full amount before we ship.
Payment
You don't pay on the website. When we confirm your order we tell you the total and the payment options available:
If you pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, keep the transaction ID until your order arrives.
Returns & refunds
If your product arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or has a defect, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
We can accept a return when
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We sent the wrong item, size or colour
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories
We can't accept a return when
- The item has been used, washed or altered
- Packaging, tags or accessories are missing
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery
How to return an item
- Contact us through the contact page or by phone. Include your order number and, for damage or defects, clear photos.
- We review your request and tell you how to send the item back or arrange a pickup.
- Once we receive and check the item, we send a replacement or refund your money.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the item, by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. If the return is because of our mistake or a faulty product, we cover the return delivery cost. Otherwise the return delivery cost is paid by you, and the original delivery fee is not refunded.
